The issue of water at the fire line has always been a challenge. These days it's even worse with once reliable creeks and dams being too low to draw from or empty.

That is why AAA Engineering Technologies have designed the heavy tanker. Based on the FRR500 and with a 5000 litre capacity, this appliance can refill 2 medium attack units and a light attack and still have water left.

Built tough for enhanced reliability in harsh circumstances, the body is fully powder coated and the flooring is 5mm Aluminium checker plate.

Designed to operate as the "Mother Ship" of the response team, it is also equipped with

• An electric start Yanmar Diesel with Davey Fire fighter Pump
• 50m hose reel
• Foam proportioning system
• Exclusive AAA Fire Fighting manifold providing a flexible, simple to use plumbing interface

All this makes the Heavy Tanker a capable fire fighting appliance in it's own right. A slip on version can be designed to suit your specific tray back truck with breakaway electrics which include LEDs and work lights in 12 or 24 volt for flexibility. Alternatively a separate battery can be fitted and the unit becomes completely self contained.

In addition, by utilising a specially designed modular tank, it is possible to provide water carrying capacity of well over 5000 litres.
